DDS2018策展构思


DDS2018(DESIGN DREAM SHOW)展览的主旨是 “ 新创意运动 ”。新创意运动,意在传达家居先锋们对行业的引领与启蒙,颠覆消费者对传统家居的感官。品牌与设计师一起,带领消费者一起推开绚烂的创意之门,穿越迷离的家居之林,共赴超凡的创意之巅。



展区入口的艺术装置,寓意启蒙(Enlightenment)。超大弧形展示墙上,垂直展示品牌家居的代表力作剪影;LED屏立柱展示各个品牌LOGO,交相辉映。通过光与影的艺术,展示家居创意先锋们对当代设计的解读与诠释。设计源自空白与虚无,创意潮流如变幻的光影,伴随着光影,众多品牌轮番登场,带我们打开创意的世界。 



展区的前厅,寓意探寻(Exploration )。其中的大大的5字,是创新设计联盟5年历程的标志,5动上海,5动未来。该区域用原木营造丛林场景,表达企业在创新路上的探寻历程;各个品牌的LOGO,在丛林中如繁星点缀,引发观众好奇心。该过渡空间如品牌的创意森林,人们在其中摸索并探寻家居设计新出路。


展区的后厅,寓意创意广场( Innovation Plaza)。该区域利用家具堆砌成不规则的山坡体,将大型广场雕塑转化为功能洽谈区,暗喻家居行业的成果与积累。家具叠放如山丘,人们只有在阅尽繁花、登顶人生之后,方可豁然顿悟生活与艺术的真谛。





展厅主体将每一个抽象想法,具象为一个个别致唯美的空间。很多的搭建材料来自旧的家具,表达品牌对历史的尊重与对环境的呵护。 23个36平米的空间,每个空间都是一个品牌的独特舞台。半遮半掩之间,在一扇扇拱门之后,品牌通过自己的产品、色彩、艺术装置、多媒体装置等元素,营造独有的艺术空间。它们如同一个个艺术使者,无声或有声地与其他品牌一起,进行创意设计的讨论与传播。并让置身其中的人们,感受到设计创意的变幻之美,共同提升中国与国际家居生活之美!



现场的互动更是既别出心裁而又突出主旨。“创意打卡区”融入当下网红店的风格,让简单无聊的打卡登记变成一件极有意思的活动;“态度传达阵”则让观众有机会在DDS展上表达对于生活的个性态度。


The exhibition theme of DDS2018


The theme of DDS2018 is "The New Innovation Campaign". Designers of the top Chinese furniture brands will lead domestic and overseas visitors to observe and admire the wonderful world of flooring, bathroom and kitchen fixture brands. It is the summit of extraordinary design innovation of contemporary furniture in China.

The entrance of the exhibition area symbolizes the Gate of Enlightenment. The arc-shaped wall with a vertical display of furniture and a LED-screened column displaying brand logos illustrate the silhouettes of different brands.

The lobby of the exhibition hall portrays the Exploration Forest, representing the complexity and the hardship of design innovation. Many of the construction materials incorporated are from reclaimed furniture, with regards to express the designer’s respect for history and care for the environment. 

The rear hall of the exhibition area symbolizes the Innovation Plaza. The furniture here is arranged to recreate an irregular hillside, transforming the large square sculpture into a functional area for visitors.

The main exhibition area consists of 23 sections, each of which has 36 square meters. Each section visualizes abstract ideas into 23 unique and aesthetical stages for brand presentation. Each brand will create artistic space through its own products, colors, artistic devices, multimedia devices in addition to other elements. They are like artistic messengers, carrying out the discussion and dissemination of design innovation to all international visitors.

The interactions at the scene are original and prominent. "Creative Card-punching Area" incorporates the current style of web celebrity shops, making simple and boring card registration into a very interesting activity. "Attitude communication Array" allows viewers to express their personal attitude towards life at DDS.
